Refund policy

For a return, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery. The cost of shipping the item(s) back to us is your responsibility. Once the item(s) are received, we will issue a full refund. Item(s) must be shipped back within seven (7) days.

For exchanges, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery. The cost of shipping the original item(s) back to us is your responsibility. Once the item(s) are received, we will start the production of the replacement item(s) and ship to you according to our current shop production and shipping guidelines.

Cancellation requests must be made within TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS of purchase.

Items personalized with names and/or numbers cannot be returned or exchanged.
